AgileXchange is Georgia’s leading Agile conference, returning for its fourth edition in 2025. The language of the conference is English. This year’s event features global keynote speakers, inspiring talks, and hands-on sessions led by certified trainers. Hosted at Pullman Tbilisi, the program brings together international experts from Atlassian, Scrum.org, TBR, Miro, and more. Participants can expect a dynamic and interactive environment focused on learning, connection, and real-world agility—beyond the frameworks.

AgileXchange gathers a growing and diverse Agile community from Georgia and beyond. Agile Meetup 2024

Held on March 29, Agile Meetup 2024 brought together hiring experts, Agile professionals, and community leaders to discuss key challenges and trends in Agile talent development.

Panel Discussion Highlights:

  • How important are cultural fit, technical skills, and certifications?

  • Is there a talent gap in the local Agile market?

The session created space for honest discussion, knowledge sharing, and real-world insights into Agile hiring and professional development.

On October 31, following the success of Georgia’s first Agile Summit, Agile Mentor hosted AgileXchange Vol. 2, bringing together key players from the Agile world.

AgileXchange – Georgia’s First-Ever Agile Summit

On July 4, 2023 Agile Mentor hosted the very first in-person Agile Summit in Georgia, marking a major milestone for the local tech and business community.

The event welcomed international speakers from leading companies who shared real-world transformation cases from across Europe.

The summit focused on two key goals:

  1. Showcasing practical Agile experiences from Georgian companies, alongside a comparative lens on European markets

  2. Exploring Agile career opportunities and learning paths available within Georgia
